Custom Tabs Missing on Editing Page

So when you edit a product, it doesn’t show any tabs, but when you go to the product’s page on the front end, the tabs are visible? Is that the problem?

Similar issue!

After I updated custom tabs to the latest version my preorder tab in the editing page has dissapeared. Only uninstalling custom tabs brings this back… seems like there is some weird incompatibility going on between various plugins and custom tabs.

Is your Preorder tab a custom tab from our plugin?

Also, do you know if you were on the latest version before the most recent update? The most recent update was very small and shouldn’t have affected the plugin’s functionality.

However, there are a plethora of WooCommerce plugins and plugin conflicts are common with WC plugins. That could be the issue. I don’t think our latest update was a factor though.

Let me know if you have some more details and we can try to figure this out.

No it’s the woocommerce pre-order plugin. It doesn’t create tabs on the front end but what happens is that if your plugin is active the tab on the backend editor screen vanishes…

Soooooo there does seem to be some odd incompatibility between your plugin and others since the last version.

Oh I understand. Is the WooCommerce Pre-Order a free plugin? Can you send me the URL to it? I can download it and diagnose the conflict.

But sadly it’s not free so you may need to speak to the woocommerce people!

But it’s tab in the admin interface will be hidden as long as custom tabs are turned on which makes no sense as we are not customising the backend! :/

Unfortunately I don’t think this is something we can test/debug. I am not sure what the conflict is but this hasn’t happened before and our plugin is used on a lot of sites with a lot of other WooCommerce add-ons. I think the problem must be with the Preorders plugin, or there is some other type of conflict occurring.
