    Dear Team,

I am wondering if there is a sultion existing not to lose any custom product tab entries while doing a export/re-import process.

    Some queries:
Are these data stored in the database?
    Which table names are used?

If I get these informations, then I will be able to add those data to the export file and then being able to re-import without losing the data.

I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards, Alex

  • Hi @2buy,

The tabs are stored as product meta, so they are stored in the wp_postmeta table. You should be able to add them during the export process if you are using the WooCommerce CSV export tool.

Let me know if that helps,
    Jon

    Hi Jon,
    sorry for the late answer.
For export/import I am using the plugin “All-in-one WooCommerce Import Export Suite”
    from https://www.webtoffee.com/product/woocommerce-import-export-suite/

Unfortunately, there is no mapping entry found to use “wp_postmeta” and I’ve asked them to help me further with this.

Thank you for trying to help me.

    Best regards, Alex
