    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Have you set any condition like include/exclude product, category, tag for hide/show tab? because I checked on other products Custom tab information showing properly.

    We didn’t set any settings to hide the tab. I can share the admin credential for you to take a look under administration. Would you mind setting the next comment to private so that I can share it with you?
