Custom subscribe/unsubcribe push notification button

Hello! I would like to show a button for subscribe/unsubscribe for push notifications and to be able to place it anywhere I want on the page

Can you supply what code I need to use to make it work? It would be wonderful to not be forced use the default animations etc.
