Custom style wrap, font-awesome, blockquotes

I have only just gotten started using it but for the most part it works fine. However it could benefit from a little custom styling. For instance, adding a function (another input field) to allow the admin to add blockquotes or perhaps a font-awesome blockquote, fa-quote-left.

Perhaps give it custom styling fields for both the beginning and end of the testimonial?

As is, how can I make this happen?
