Hi, regarding my forms, my text areas do not have boxes around them.
Is this sometime that needs to be configured in a CSS?

Some one ask me the following question. Do you know WP-CRM plugin can solve his problem??

I am running a travel Tours business. We are four partners. What I am looking is when ever a new clients register to my website, he/she will be designated a personalized area where we can communicate with him in terms of our services and prices etc.

I want a powerful plugin/platform where all the communication of our clients with us can be saved and can be import in Excel Spreadsheet. If our client call us again after few days then any one of the four business partners (Admins) get login from their accounts and they can see the previous conversations/notes/instructions between the client and one of our admin. This is how we can track what offers we have already given to our clients and what have been agreed between us.

So all the clients have their personalized screen and their communication should be centralized in our system and can be seen by any admin with their own personalized login panel. We like to track and download the history of conversations or services given to our clients when ever we want.

You should create your own ticket if you have questions not related to the current ticket.

But answering to your questions, no wp-crm can’t do that. You can order custom service to add such functionality.
