• Hi!
    Congrats on a great plugin!
I have suggestions of features I would love to see in your plugin.

    A) CUSTOM STREAM LOCAL TAGS
At the moment, I can only see an option to import Instagram Tags to WP Posts (on/off), but I don’t see an option to add our own local tags with each newly created instagram image post. I would like to be able to add my own tags for the stream.

    B) CUSTOM IMAGE URL
At the moment, the options available for “image link” are:
    -Instagram
    -Wordpress Post
    -Image Link
    -None
I would love to have an option for
    – Custom URL
in which we could enter a custom URL Link (ie.: https://www.myblog.com)

    C) IMAGE WIDTH IN CONTENT:
I don’t know if it’s a bug, but for me, if I choose a lower resolution than Full Size, then the image displayed in the post AND the image viewed when we click on the image in the post are the same size.
I would like the ability to select:
    SIZE OF IMAGE IN POST
SIZE OF LARGE IMAGE (when we click on image in post)
This would allow to post a thumbnail in the post, and the large image when user clicks on it.

    Thank you!

This will not be added to the next version (2.2) but it will make it in the version after that.

    Hi Johan!
Thank you for the reply. It is much appreciated.
Although I am sad it won’t make it in 2.2, I am delighted to hear you are considering including these features in the version after that.
I thank you for your contribution to WP with your plugin, and wish you Best Wishes for the upcoming Holidays.

Thanks for update 2.2.2 Johan! Much appreciated! Especially the ability to add our own tags to the imported photos (this is great for widgets that will display specific posts from our blog using blog tags).

I would have one last request/suggestion if possible:
The ability to add our own CUSTOM URL on the image link.
At the moment, the options available for “image link” are:
-Instagram Image, Instagram user, WordPress Post, Image Link, None
I would love to have an option for
    – Custom URL
in which we could enter a custom URL Link (ie.: https://www.google.com)

best wishes for the upcoming Holidays!

    Hi,
I would just like to point out that CUSTOM TAGS still contians a bug (I had reported it, but I cannot locate the original post).

    BUG:
When choosing our own custom tags, the plugin still imports all tags from instagram photos…

    FEATURE:
It would also be very much appreciated if we could use a CUSTOM LINK URL for the image (as listed above).

Cheers, and best wishes for 2013

    Hi Johan:

1st, thank you for the awesome plugin. It is now my first choice for WordPress Instaram.

Just to be clear, when you refer to local tags, are you talking about Geotagged locations? For example, I am trying to add “black market liquor bar” to local tags to pull in the images seen here: https://followgram.me/v/3358341/

3358341 is the location ID. Anyway to get all images tagged (i.e. “geotagged”) with that ID?

    Thanks!
    Nick

    Follow up:

Just found the following link from the API (maybe you’ve seen it): https://instagram.com/developer/endpoints/locations/

No other instagram Plugin offers this to my knowledge! Would be rad.

    Thank you for this feature!
Initial testings on my side seem to work fine.
    Thanks again!
