Custom Splash Page with Links

  • I am trying to create a SPLASH Page similar to the one shown here:

    https://www.hermescleveland.com/

    I found out how to add a simple, one link SPLASH PAGE, but cannot figure out how to allow for 3 separate links.

    Any suggestions or documentation on how to accomplish this?
