Custom splash page for hosted site.

I’m wanting to has a custom splash page for my site, like this one here: https://lifelovepaper.com/ – just some image link throughs to different pages etc.

I have been doing some reading but it’s all telling me to go and change index files and different .php files and so on. I am sure I could get my head around that.

However, my site is hosted by Bluehost (as suggested by www.remarpro.com), and I don’t know how or where to access these files?

Can someone please assist?
