Custom sliding menu/nav

I’d like to be able to replace the current menu with a custom one that slides out on a mouse over. The menu will remain text-based.

I’ve installed the WP-dTree plug-in, but I can’t figure out how to customize it to work so it only displays specific pages (and not all of them)! I’ve disabled widgets for this reason, and eliminated the sidebar.

I should note that I’m using a modified version of Corporate Sandbox for my theme.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
