Custom Sizes Not Appearing As ‘Add/Edit Page’ Resolution

  • Environment:
    WordPress 6.4.3
    Perfect Images 6.5.2

    I’ve added a custom resolution (and regenerated all images).

    New Custom Resolution does not appear as a selectable option within ‘Resolutions’ on ‘Add New Page’ or ‘Edit Page’ in backend.

    Should I be seeing the new custom resolution as a selectable option?

    When you add a custom size through the backend, it should be appearing in both the new sizes and the image sizes. If not, this could be because of two things.

    Either your WordPress REST API isn’t enabled or isn’t reachable through the wp-json endpoint. Or it could be that by using cache or optimization third-party plugins, the settings aren’t saved properly, which would make the new sizes not appear.
