I have created custom sizes for the images, but when displaying the image size is not the right one. It always displays the 350×106 image.

You will find an example with a banner size 1134×106.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,
    Thanks for reaching out.

It appears that the ad is displayed according to the size.
    Could you please confirm?

    Best Regards.

    No, the image is distorted.

It is cut (350×106 instead of 1134×106) then stretched thanks to the css styles of the plugin.

I can’t leave distorted images in production so these are screenshots.

The banner in backoffice (stretched by the plugin)

    The rendering on the website

    The banner downloaded in 1134×106

    Hi there,

As we found out that the JS files are not loading on the Gunterberg and I have already sent you the screenshot in the ticket raised by you.
Further, we can discuss the issue on the same ticket.

    Best Regards.
