    Hello, one of the sites I manage, add a new admistrador, the problem that happened is that this second administrator does not have the same privileges as the original administrator, being that has the same role and configuration. To rule out that the problem outside the template was disabling plugin by plugin and found that disabling the Custom Sidebar plugin, the problem was solved with the second administrator and had access to all tools and configurations, so let disabled the plugin to be able to find a solution or an alternative plug.

    Also discovered today that the utulizar the plugin and disappear Irlo enabling some options that comes by default. Do not know if this problem also comes from above.

    Hopefully they can review.

    regards

  • Hello hixaga2, I hope all is well!

    I can’t reproduce the same on my sandbox installation.

    Would you please confirm that with the only Custom Sidebars plugin activated on your site the other admin don’t have access to a WordPress tools? If the other administrator has access, then activate one plugin at the time to find the plugin that the Custom Sidebars conflicting with.

    If this issue still persisting, enable WordPress debugging, add the following in the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    `
    Login to your site with a second administrator account. This way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Let us know if you see any errors there.

    Cheers,
    Nastia
