Custom Sidebar problem – Looks different

I recently downloaded the Recently plugin and got posts to show up pretty much how I like them on my Home page ( https://wehearthandmadeboots.com/ ) Even though I’m not thrilled with the spacing between the posts in the side bar (Pretty sure that is a CSS issue).

So I also have the plugin Custom Sidebars so I can have “custom sidebars” on different posts. That was I can use the Recently plugin and have related posts show up on that sidebar.

All I did was create a custom sidebar and cloned the recently widget I had on the home page and dragged it over. The problem is that it looks completely different. The size of the thumbnails are smaller (even though the dimensions are the same) and the spacing seems to be messed up.

Any ideas?
