Custom Sidebar displaying on home page – can't remove

I used custom sidebar to add sidebars to my site and somehow one has ended up on my homepage https://www.safetyneteducation.com/. I have tried to eliminate it by editing the page to “no sidebar” and have also manually selected ‘no sidebar’ under the dropdown menu but it’s still displaying.
How can I get rid of this?
