Custom short link not working

    Hello,

    I have installed the plugin, registered a new domain, pointed the name servers and then redirected it on my hosting account. I then added the new short name domain to the plugin settings and the new custom short links aren’t working. Any ideas?

    Hi dvdjms,

    If you have an existing URL for the main domain, such as maindomain.com/about, do you end up there with short.co/about as well? Your short domain should forward every request (in one way or another) to the main domain for this to work properly.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me. The support team at my server hadn’t parked the domain and done a wild redirect. Now that is done, everything is working.
