    Hello, I want my customers to get the details about where their order has reached. However, I do not use dedicated service providers for couriers since none are available in my country. The shipping is done through local vendors and they do not provide Tracking number. The only details I get and can provide my customer is with if the product has been shipped from my warehouse facility. Additionally, many a times the shipping is delayed too and the reason for such delay too I would like to provide. How can I do this?
