    Hello,

I use the free version of Complianz Cookie consent banner. I customized the banner, for example the colors, Dutch texts and I added a logo. The colors are displayed well on my website. However, the custom texts and logo are not displayed on the homepage, but they are on all other pages of the website. The homepage shows no logo and the default Dutch text. Why doesn’t this work on the homepage?
I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.

    Best regards, Marieke

    Hallo @mariekevbeek,

If I visit the website currently, it already looks perfectly fine (screenshot below):

My suspicion would be that you were still seeing a cached version of the site, could you try visiting the page in a fresh Incognito/Private Browsing window to see if the banner then appears as expected for you as well?

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi Jarno,

Thank you for your quick response! Earlier I already tested the banner on different computers, deleted cookies and also tested it in new installed browsers, but this didn’t work properly.

Indeed, the cache seems to be the case. Opening the website in a new incognito window shows me it works fine now. So for new visitors the cookie banner will work fine. Thank you very much.

    Kind regards, Marieke
