Custom Search Feature

I’m trying to create an advanced search function with drop down options that pull from particular information in posts. Here is a dummy example:

Number of People: (drop down of numbers)
Color: (drop down of color options)
State: (drop down of states)

Depending on the answers in the drop down, results will be filtered to reflect what people are looking for. I’m not sure how to reference specific parts of my posts to achieve proper search results.

Any suggestions? Is there a plugin for this? Do I need to put the relevant information into tables within my post?
