So i’m using a Listify theme with WPJM, is it possible to make a search for the fields that i added through Fields Editor plugin?
For an example, i added a field “Italian Cuisine” along with others that users are able to select. What i want is to make a search for this queries so when the user selects and searches for an example “Italian Cuisine” – all listings with this field to appear…

    Thanks

The keyword field already searches all meta values. If this is set in a field, it will be found.

Ok, what i would love to achieve is to place in the menu bar a certain type of field..So that they can select listings based on those custom fields..

One more question since i’m new to WordPress.
Is it possible to reinstall WPJM without losing the listings? I didn’t back it up and messed up the code a bit ?? So i have some bugs.. But i’m afraid to delete it and install it again because i will maybe lose the listings.. And WordPress importer sucks

This is possible through customisation (we do it for the job tags plugin, listify does it for radius as examples) but not via a UI.

Don’t ‘uninstall’. Just reupload the plugin files so you get clean versions.

Oh i see. Thank you Mike!
I really need custom search filters.
Listify recommended FacetWp plugin for custom search filters but it’s honestly a bit expensive for me, so just wondering if there is any paid WPJM plugin that could handle custom search for custom fields?

I’ve only briefly seen FacetWP. I think that could work, but without trying..
