Custom Scripts ?

    I am building my 1st WordPress CMS system for my site everything is going smoothly except for adding custom scripts this my header.php https://img52.imageshack.us/img52/1412/captureye.png i don`t think there is anything wrong.

    and when i open firebug the page loads without any errors but when i try to see the script using firebug this is what i get

    twitter script & HTML5 script are working but any local script is not i don`t know what is the problem , i tried to read many many articles and tried many solutions but i cannott fix it. so i hope i can get help
