Hello. I have input Department Store Custom Schema for my Shop page. However, the search engines do not recognize it. When I check my json code using Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool the results do not show any errors which means my code is good. But when I use Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool to test the page using the URL, it does not list Department Store Schema at all. What can be done so that Google (and other search engines) recognizes/registers the Custom Schema I have input using your plugin? Thank you for your assistance.

I’ve been adding custom schema in your plugin’s “Custom Schema” box found at the bottom of the editor screen for pages, posts, and products. Please click on the following link to see a screen print:

Hi, thank you for getting in touch. Could you please add a custom schema now and share the added markup along with the URL on which you have added markup? This will enable us to check on our end and provide you with a solution.
