Custom RSS Feed

Hello,
I need help to make Events Calendar create a custom RSS feed to enable me to use that feed in an automated campaign in Mailchimp. We send out a weekly round-up of upcoming events – pulling the data from our events website.

We had this functionality before with another plugin and it worked well, completely hands off and a nice round up message was sent to subcribers. see final output from Mailchimp

Can someone please help me customise the Events Calendar RSS to replicate this kind of feed, so… one line per event, nice and tidy. In this format:

Date | Event title | Event Organiser | City | link to the event on our website.

Note: website is on a temporary domain
