First, congratulations and thanks for the plugin. It’s the best I’ve seen so far and being free and easy to set up! I’m having a problem as you can see in the pictures https://imgur.com/amq9eqp . Using Woocommerce 5.9.0 and SiteGround Secutiry 1.1.3 I am having problems when new users want to register on the site. Even configuring the custom registration url, an error message still appears saying that I need to enable the custom registration url. I also notice that when I click on the My Account page for any theme, it takes me to the default page to create a WordPress account and not the installed theme itself. Could you help me please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @prodigito,

From what it seems, there are some custom login/register elements in your theme, that might lead to this behaviour. We’ve tested this with the default Storefront theme and latest WooCommerce the Account page is visible, without a redirect to the WordPress login screen.

Due to the different nature of themes and how they implement custom logic, it’s pretty hard to accommodate for all possible custom implementations.

What we suggest is to revert all custom logic related to login/register and use the default WooCommerce “My Account” page, as well as to change the links in the menus to point to the corresponding page, instead of the WordPress Login/Register form.

    Kind Regards,
    Ignat

Thank you for your quick answer! But as you can see from the screenshot I’m using the default Woocommerce login page, not a custom form. I just translated the page title and slug to Portuguese and updated the permalinks, but it ends up redirecting to the WordPress login I don’t know why. On another site (https://medintegrativasuplementos.com.br) he goes to a 404 page, when I disable the SiteGround Security plugin on both sites, they work again.

    Hey @prodigito,

The custom login URL functionality works with the default WP login form, WooCommerce and any other custom login forms are not yet supported by this feature.

    Kind Regards,
    Ignat
