Custom Redirection of a 'pending' user?

Hi,
I have created a user role ‘pending’ which I want to redirect to an URL, to let the user enter his email address.
But in the TML Redirection dashboard the user role ‘pending’ does not show up.(‘Pending’ users usually come from social logins, and some of them are without their email addresses.)
