custom recipe category links

I am trying to create a custom link from the cooked plugins recipe categories. On a recipe the categories all appear as clickable links that go to /recipe-category/’category-slug’

I want them if possible to go to /recipes/?fwp_recipes=’category-slug’ as this will open up the recipes index with the correct filter clicked for that recipe category.

I cant find the php within the cooked plugin thats responsible for creating the recipe category links and I don’t know php well enough to even try coding this myself.

Could someone help me with what code I need to put where to create these custom recipe category links?
