Custom Receipt/Downloads Page

How would I go about setting up a standalone receipt page for orders on my site? Meaning, a page I can pass the order ID to via querystring and print out the order info? Or at least just the downloadable items for the order with their download links?

I’m looking at the order-details.php template and it seems like a good starting point. I’m fairly new to WP so I’m not too familiar with how to go about doing something like this.
