Custom quote request in my account page

Hello,
I know that you can add a ‘request quote’ for products. What I’d like to do is have it available only in the customers account page along with “orders’, ‘downloads’, etc.
Is there a plugin or way to add this feature to account page only (not on products) where a customer can upload an image file (it’s an embroidery shop) along with various text fields(name, team, number, etc.) and the see all their quote requests/ completed quotes in their account page? A customer sends a quote and the admin responds, etc. All correspondence can be seen in customer account page.
I’m trying to see if maybe ACF or Contact Form7 will do that but haven’t figured out how yet.
