Custom quote booking form plugin?

I need a plugin that will allow users to select a date and time slot to book a service at their location, and then calculate a quote for how much it will cost based on the options they select in a custom form. It should also calculate a discount and tax.

I have installed Ninja forms, which gets me 80% of the way there – sans booking form. I installed Sugar Events, however, the plugin expects the admin to set up a whole bunch of events in the calendar before it’ll allow a user to enter their data into the form I set up. This doesn’t make sense, because the site administrator shouldn’t have to sit there entering every single date and availability for the service.

What I need is something like a combination between Ninja forms’ calculations and Booking Calendar Contact Form (https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/calendars/booking-calendar-contact-form). The problem with the latter is that it only allows you to set a single price per slot of time, and the discounts are in the form of codes – I need both to be custom, based on the data the user enters in the form.

A lot of the other booking forms are specifically for hotels, or blocking off chunks of time in exchange for a set fee – none of them calculate the fee based on the user’s details, and not many allow selection of a time slot within the day they select.

Does anyone know anything like this? I’ve spent a few hours searching now and am unable to find what I need. Was hoping to see if anyone else had done something similar. Thanks.
