Custom Questions Radio Button – All q's On Same Line

When I add custom questions to my RSVP plugin using the Radio Button option, all of the questions are on the same line.

The default questions (ie: Will you attend, Yes, No) have the responses on their own separate lines.

How can I get the custom questions to behave the same way?

For example,

How it works:

Custom Question 1:

o Answer 1. o Answer 2. o Answer 3.

How I would like it (so it is the same with the built-in questions):

Custom Question 1:

o Answer 1.
o Answer 2.
o Answer 3.

Having them all in a line is problematic if the answers are long because they wrap to the next line.

Anyway to do this?
