Custom questions not showing

  • Check the start and end date in the form settings. If it’s not set to a date that includes the date it is today, it won’t show.

    The plugin has two steps to it on the front-end. First the it will ask for the first and last name to see if the attendee is on the list. If so then the questions will be asked.
