Custom Question at checkout

    Hi guys
    Is there any ways to add a mandatory question at checkout page?
    I sell live fish and i want customer to answer this following question at checkout.

    What delivery day works better for you?
    Wednesday
    Thursaday
    Friday

    A simple question with them to choose one or more of the 3 days available.
