Custom quantity bypass | Not working on cart

Hi,
Plugin works well and showing minimum quantity as well.
But when quantity is manually changed, it dosent work.

e.g : I set minimum quantity as 20 and its showing correctly on product page as well, but if I change that 20 manually from quantity field it bypass the minimum quantity rule. Plus minus button working well and doesn’t allow.
