    Hi, since about yesterday, all of a sudden the individual custom product tabs are not showing anymore. I can see them with their content in the product edit screen as usual, but on the published product screen, they are missing. Any thoughts on this?

  • Hey @devsdca,

    Looking at your site I can’t see your tabs in the source code either. Have you changed anything on your site recently? New plugins, new theme, anything at all? If you have I would deactivate those and see if it resolves the issue.

    You can also use this plugin to safely deactivate plugins and test the frontend of your site without your visitors knowing. (Your site will still look the same to anyone else besides you.)

    Just go into Troubleshooting mode and start turning things off one at a time and see if the tabs come back.

    If that doesn’t work are you doing automatic backups? If so, I would do the following:

    – Go into Products in WooCommerce.
    – Export Products.
    – Revert website to backup from when it was working.
    – Upload your products back into WooCommerce from the Products screen.

    Thank you for your quick reply. It was indeed another plugin. I reported the issue to them and after they made some changes and updated it, all is working again well.
