Custom Product Box broke php WisdmLab Support?

    I have tried emailing customer support. Standard response 24-48 hours. I have tried Skyping support during normal business hours, they don’t answer. I am not looking for customization of the product. I have sent imgur’s of the issue. I paid for this plug-in.
    Any thoughts from anyone as to why it is hard to get a fix?
