Custom product attributes unelectable in radio buttons

I’m using custom attributes to create my product variations
recently I’m trying to convert this variations to radio buttons but I found that there is some variations can’t be selected
this problem happens if i used any plugin for radio buttons, and if i used native code alsokindly let me know how to fix this problem, or what is the best way to do that: listing product variations is radio buttons in single product page
