    Hi ??

I have created a number of custom product attributes, for example ‘what’s in the box:

    1x this thing
    2x other thing
    7x great thing
    1x wonderful thing

BUT when I export and import the products via CSV (not changing or editing) the text formatting is lost and then looks like this:

1x this thing 2x other thing 7x great thing 1x wonderful thing

Am I missing something? Or is this a bug that needs reporting?

Many thanks in advance to any helpful people out there.

    Matt

    Hey @mattystrya,

I think that is the expected behavior, since Attributes are normally separated by pipes (|) and are displayed with commas separating each one on the front end in the same formatting style as what you’re seeing with the imported products (one after another on the same line).

However, if you think it is a bug, you are welcome to create an issue on the Github repo.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any further questions!
