    Hi,
it seems that i also have problems with the custom product attributes.

The problem seems to have started from 13/4 (probably triggered from a minor change i did in a rule -nothing to do with pr-id custom attribute mentioned below).

In this image you can see my field mappings (left is productive, right is the test server). As shown the custom product attribute (pr-id) that we use as ID has vanished.

[The pr-id custom product attribute (so definitely SOME products have it), is used for our old products that we had before we migrated to wordpress. There is also a rule to use the woocommerce product-id if pr-id is empty]

In the images below you can see:
    (a) most of the custom attributes we have in productive server.
    (b) Some of the “missing custom attributes” on our test server.

I rolled back the plugin to older versions, didn’t seem to have any affect.
Funny thing is that i just upgraded the plugin in the test server from 11.3.8 and it is working as intended.

In the productive server your plugin is automatically updated.

Any ideas what might be wrong ?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

How did you create the custom product attribute pr-id? Did you just create a WoocCommerce attribute, used ACF or some other method?

    Hi,

    just created a woocommerce attribute.

The problem just solved itself when i created a new custom product attribute to make some tests.
(Didn’t used it, problem was fixed upon new custom attribute created)

    Thanks for your efforts.
