Custom prices are not identified on a product page

I was now able to create a test store @ WPML to see what happens but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

Are you using the latest version of WPML on your site?

We are currently using Woocommerce Multilingual 4.4.0.
Have you tried to create a product and set custom price for it? The issue is with custom prices only, GTM can’t detect it.

On the test site I was given access by the WPML team this version is running: v4.4.2.1

@duracelltomi Not sure about custom prices in FT.
In our store we have custom prices in UAH.
We also use theme called Unero.
Is it possible that our theme uses different product structure?

I am not sure but I do not really think this has to do with your issue.

Have you updated Woocommerce Multilingual to v4.4.2.1? You mentioned that you are using v4.4.0, there might be a bugfix which will solve your issue as well

I’ve updated Woocommerce Multilingual to 4.5.0, and Woocommerce to 3.5.7. No luck. ??

Here’s what client made before we installed the plugin. Maybe there’s a problem somewhere here. However in plugin settings I’ve chosen footer placement.

Any suggestions on what else I could check?

Is it possible that I send you our theme files so you could check how these custom prices are handled there?

I am not sure, I would like to dedicate more time for developing the next plugin version, any further and deeper testing of such cases needs to be postponed after next release.

Can’t your developer check the lines of plugin code and backtrace some function calls? I could provide you with directions.

The value for $product_price comes with this declaration some lines earlier:

$product_price = $product->get_price();

get_price() is a standerd method of WC_Product in WooCommerce:

For some reason, this returns nothing with your custom currency. This has to be tracked back: what other WordPress filters are active during your page load? Is there any custom code there next to the addition of WPML?
