    Hello!

    Is it possible to add custom posts for the customizer? lets say i want the categories and author to be shown on normal posts but not on my custom posts. Is it possible to somehow edit custom posts in the customizer editor? or i have to create new single file and edit them manually and removing with code?

    Hello, for custom posts types, yes, you need to do things manually via your child theme.
