custom posting layout

  • I have redesigned my friend’s website. It’s just a static site for now, but he wants to use WP. We both are noobs at creating WordPress themes (i’ve done a few basic ones and he a couple). His website is purely about templates that he and I make so there are no regular posts. we have a layout in mind. Here is an example of what I am talking about: https://www.angrydonkey.com/simplywhite.html. Is it possible to make some sort of posting panel in WP that we’ll only need to add the info and screenie to make a post?
