Hi, I used Advanced custom field to let my user create their profile and used your custom field to create their profile as a post. I need to create a drop-down menu to let them see how their profile looks like from the front. How do I create a generic URL link for my user menu?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Not quite sure what this has to do with CPTUI, to be honest, I’m not seeing anything specific for our plugin.

Hi, Michael, please see the screenshot. I have used your plugin as seen in image 1.
And image 2 is the post type I have created. And the arrow is the post my users have posted. I need a generic post URL as mentioned above. Hope you understand.

Not sure how to best go about trying to achieve what you’re looking for, to be honest. It’s not something that CPTUI itself will have any settings for, as we’re pretty “set it and forget it” since we’re only handling registration of content types.

It kind of sounds like you want to set up a URL endpoint of say https://www.mysite.com/my-account/ or similar, that when visited, shows the current user’s account information?

Yes yes! Or it can be shown as what post the Author has created, even though it’s only one but as long as it works, it’s still pretty fine with me!

Still not sure what to suggest here for how to accomplish at this point, so it’s bound to be a custom solution overall.
