I have created a few custom post types andI can add their custom posts and categories to the menu when I’m logged in as an administrator but when I log in as any other user role, I only see the default post and page panels on the left site of the menu.

    Please advise
    Thanks

By default, down and until (inclusive) the role of contributor can see the post types of the Types plugin, as long you do not use any access control Plugins or code.

If you cannot see the Post Types as one of the above-mentioned roles, please deactivate all Plugins but Types, and then check which Plugin is causing this.

It might also be some code in your Theme.

Thanks for your response. Actually, I figured it out. The meta boxes were checked off under the screen options for some reason. Looks like when you add a new user and assign a different role to them, the meta boxes for custom post types in the menu section are turned off by default.

    Thanks
