Custom post types taxonomies showing up on normal pages.

  • Hi, first post here. Im doing my first site with the new custom post type functionality of WP3. My new post types show up, the taxonomies show up, the info is stored in the database and i can access it.

    The problem i’m having is on other pages…all those taxonomies I made show up in the custom fields section of every page once its published. Any ideas how I get rid of it?

    I assumed this would be to do with remove_meta_box or something, but can’t shed any light on it.
    Any help would be appreciated.
