Custom Post Types Not Working

  • Hi All

    Anyone having issues with List Category Posts not working with Custom Post Types?

    I cannot get any custom post type categories names [catlink] to show or posts. Post works just fine but not CPT’s.

    What I can get to work is if I assign WP Core taxonomies to the custom post type, the [catlink] will then display. But still no CPT posts will display with [catlist id=X]

  • I just tried it for something I am working on and it worked fine. I am a little out-of-date, though. WordPress 4.6.6 and LCP Version 0.69

    This format is working for me:
    [catlist post_type=dogs]
    [catlist post_type=dogs?taxonomy=breed]
    [catlist post_type=dogs?taxonomy=breed tags=show-dogs,guard-dogs]
    [catlist post_type=dogs?taxonomy=breed tags=show-dogs,guard-dogs numberposts=-1 orderby=title order=asc]
