custom post types – hierarchy

I’m setting up a travel website, I want to have a custom post type of country and then a number of sub post types like towns/cities, beaches, attractions etc etc

I want the breadcrumbs and url structure to show that if you are looking at the page for the Colosseum for example then the url and breadcrumbs would be

https://www.domain.com/italy/rome/colosseum
Home > Italy > Rome > Colosseum

What’s the best way to do this, are there any good plugins that would let me create this structure easily?
