Custom post types?

    Hello,

    I have read through all your support threads, but I cannot find the solution to this problem.

    I am using your amazing ticker to display custom posts, but they show up blank on my screen. I’ve typed everything manually, but that hasn’t fixed it. I’ve tried many variations of these codes:

    [wp_ticker post_type=”wptu-ticker-category” post_cat=”category” category=”2033″]

    [wp_ticker post_type=”wptu-ticker” post_cat=”category” category=”2033″]

    May you PLEASE help me with this problem? I was planning on upgrading to Pro, but now I am unsure because I can’t even get the free version to work.

    Note:- Please do not copy and paste the shortcode parameter because if cause the quote(“) issue writes manually.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. I manually typed out the code exactly as you wrote it, but unfortunately, it did not work.

    EDIT: Wait! I tweaked something and it worked! I noticed that the post_type was actually “wptu_ticker” and not “wptu-ticker”, and it worked!

    [wp_ticker post_type="wptu_ticker" post_cat="wptu-ticker-category" category="2033"]
