    Does this plugin support custom post types?
    If so, can we change the “post title” to something else – when the content is published to social networks?

    Does this plugin support custom post types?

    Yes, in the plugin’s Settings section you can specify which post types can be “used” within the plugin.

    If so, can we change the “post title” to something else – when the content is published to social networks?

    Of course! By default, social messages are set to {title} {permalink}, but you can manually change and tweak them as you please.
