    I can probably answer that for you as I use ‘Email Post Changes’ by extending my ‘Role Based Help Notes‘ plugin for exactly that.

    Just check that your custom post type has been registered to have revisions enabled. As without this ‘Email Post Changes’ will not work.

    Simplest way to find out would be to go into the the editor for one of the custom posts and have a look to see if viewing revisions is possible.
