Custom post type with one template

Hi,
I want to create a custom post type that just has text fields to be displayed inside the post, so there should be no block editor, but it still needs to use a template that should be editable from the backend.

In addition to this, I need some of these fields to be input fields for the user, that are displayed before the post is shown. Because the post should show some of its information depending on what the user selected or typed.

If anybody has an idea, I would be really glad since I’m pretty new to WordPress and I’m already seraching for days with no real results.
